Frameless Integration Discontinued with vB 4
I'm afraid that after hours of coding and testing, vB 4 is simply not compatible with frameless integration. vBulletin is an excellent software and one of the most feature rich forums available. The vB team has worked hard to make their forum the best n the market. Whether you agree with that or not, the point stands. It is simply too complex to merge into another software.
Some will ask, but what about 2.0 with the rumored new method for frameless integration? Well, Morten has done an awesome job developing it and I've tested that with vB as well. But, vB is so complex that it takes literally minutes (I mean click then go watch TV and come back) to load framelessly. If this isn't painful enough, the majority of JS/Ajax simply does not work in frameless vB 4.
Thus, it is now official. The vB plugin will only support frameless integration for the 3.x branch of vBulletin. There is no budging on this guys. So please don't cry, beg, or offer to pay. It is just not a feasible project.
To be honest, vBulletin is made for hardcore forums. It is a feature rich, beast of an application. For that reason, I highly recommend it be ran standalone anyway. But for those who want to stick with vB 3.x and want frameless integration, I will continue to support this feature for the 3.x branch only.
Thanks,
Alan

vB4 is geared to be a CMS itself anyway.
I'm not surprised that Frameless vB4 is a no go. Frameless vB3 has plenty of glitches as it is (JS menus, etc.).

The JS menus is not a glitch but a CSS conflict. I've fixed it on several websites using the information provided by monForum. It just takes patience to seek out the culprit div and fix it.

Maybe the v4 framless mode can be only made for the forum (not the entire suite which includes a blog and cms)?
