To confirm users in Jfusion login module

Hi all,
We have a site with Joomla 1.5 & PhpBB forums and we use Jfusion to synchronize users for both spaces.

Recently, we are having many problems with trolls and not wish users. Would be possible or is possible to confirm users that are registed themselves?

Now, when a new user is registed, I receive only an e-mail confirmation, but I cannot block this users before registering.
