URL confusion

Can't get my head around how urls should work with magento integration - Lack of brain size/chronic confusion?

I've managed to get a Magento and Joomla install up and running, but have got a bit stuck working out how URLs are going to work now! When I navigate to the store section I get a set URL - http://s269337883.onlinehome.info/brack ... n&Itemid=4. When I move around in the store, this url stays the same, unlike when you move around in phpBB3 connected with jfusion - I think because of the visual integration being different?

My problem is this - if I want to link directly to a page in Magento that is displayed inside the Joomla page what URL should I use? Or is this even possible - would I be better off making a magento theme that looks like my existing Joomla site and having this as a subdomain?

Currently only wrapper is supported for Magento. There is no frameless available. You could try running the store stand alone as well.

The setup I use on most systems is Joomla in the root of the website and Magento in a subdirectory. Saves you an expensive SSL certificate because www.yourdomain and shop.yourdomain need eitrher two certificates or and expensive multidomain certificate. You need only one if magento sits in www.yourdomain.com/store.
Make the magento theme look like the Joomla theme or visa versa.
