vBulletin 4 does not support UTF-8

Looks like some have had success using vCharset Converter to get vB to UTF-8.
FWIW, vBulletin will "eventually" support UTF-8.
Of course, it'll be a year before vB4 is debugged.

vB has never officially supported UTF8. If the vBCharset converter does not work for you (I've only had issues with it), I've used this tutorial a number of times to successfully convert boards to UTF8.
