Switched to apache rewrite and lost bridged gallery

Hi there, I really like the looks of the apache rewrite in gallery2. I switched over to it. Problem is that as soon as I did the bridged version Jfusion<>gallery2 page is just a blank white page.

Anyone know what to do about that?

trying to configure apache mod rewrite for jfusion gallery2

3. What steps will reproduce the problem?
install apache mod rewrite from embedded admin and all tests are green but then the bridge site crashes on front end and back. so i go to stand alone admin and uninstall apache mod and try again. same thing happens.

4. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want this to work because i believe it is the final step in setting my gallery up the way i want. So I just want things to be operable afteer switching to apache mod rewrite.

5. You must include a printout of the login checker in the JFusion component.

Defore you start using frameless perhaps you should setup jfusion correct first ?

Did you read the login checker ?

Thanks for the help. I don't see any problem but that is probably why I'm here cause I don't know what the heck I'm doing.

The frameless part seems to all work awesomely, just not when i tried apache rewrite in place of that other url rewrite option php something or other.

If you could tell me what you see wrong with the login checker and maybe a clue how to fix it? I would appreciate it very much.

Was it the "no master selected"? I just fixed that i think.

You should configure the joomla_int plugin as that means "joomla"

having

joomla authentication Plugin Enabled
joomla user Plugin Enabled

is asking for troupple expecialy since joomla is not the master. (thats why when you enable jfusion throw the jfusion panel we disable the joomla plugins...)

Right, so did you try and turn on error reporting ? changes are that is causing problems for some reason.
but i can't be sure of cause ...

if error reporting is on, and still no error is displayed it could be that you need to check the server log.

from what i can tell yes ...

note that joomla_int do not HAVE to be master ... only if that is what you wish for your setup =)

but having joomla auth and user on is defenatly a problem if joomla is not master is all i was trying to say =)
