Please fill up the following form to enjoy free support from our Team. No Support will be provided in case this form is not filled up!
1. Have you searched the forums and checked the documentation section for a solution? Yes.
2. Please summarize your problem in a few lines. Regardless of avatar settings, the WhosOnline module does not fetch phpbb3 avatars.
3. What steps will reproduce the problem? See image below.
4. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Default Jfusion "no avatar" image.
5. You must include a printout of the login checker in the JFusion component.
I've recently updated to J1.7 and previously the module worked fine (fetched phpbb3 avatars).

Hi Fanno,
Selecting the phpBB3 menu item will display forum avatars as intended, although session times are set to 30 minutes and that usually means there are a bunch of bots always shown in the list. It's preferable to use Joomla_Int.
The mouse-over tip for "Menu Item for Avatar/Profile Links" suggests you should be able to use Joomla_Int as the main and phpbb3 for avatars. It's worth noting that this configuration worked fine pre 1.6

Re: Whosonline Module + phpBB3 Avatars
With Jfusion selected for both I get the same result. Something is appears to be wrong with the module as the profile link is the root URL for all members, ie "http://site-name.com"
