How to fix "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare utf8..." errors

Here's a simple php script for fixing "Cannot redeclare utf8_xxx" errors. Works for current Joomla 1.7 and phpBB 3.0.10 releases.

NOTE: This script is intended to be applied to previously unedited (clean) core.php and utf8_tools.php files.

Just upload a copy to the root of your Joomla and phpBB3 installation directories then run:
your_domain.com/your_Joomla_dir/redeclare_fix.php
and
your_domain.com/your_phpBB3_dir/redeclare_fix.php

Backups of the original files will be created before wrapping all the utf8 functions in conditional statements (also, the correct indentation will be applied accordingly). Appropriate messages will be displayed if any errors are encountered.

Edit: My bad. For "Style fixer tool", please read as "redeclare_fix.php sccript).

The Style fixer tool does not make any changes that could cause "Cannot redeclare class" errors, are you sure you didn't get the error before using it? Google search this phrase - jfusion "cannot redeclare class" (include the double quotes).

First use the latest Gantry framework
http://www.gantry-framework.org/ and make sure to disable RokZipper Plugin (dunno if this is the cause of your problem though).

fade2grey, thanks for your scripts it helped me.
Though there is 1 issue i have with "radio buttons", which are below text. You can still click them and such but would be a plus to know which css is causing it. ALso i noticed that nickname font is a tad to big.

I use Rockettheme, PM if you need more (and interested).
