White blank screen whilst logged in

Yes I searched for white screen, blank screen. No results.

2. Please summarize your problem in a few lines.
If I am logged in and visit my site, it doesn't load and I have a blank white screen. If I tell it to visit my site again, it loads 2nd time around. As a visitor it doesn't seem to do this. I test this in both IE8 and FF. It does it on my Brother's PC too. Besides this I love it! It registers both Joomla and PHPBB3 accounts automatically and links the avatar too!

3. What steps will reproduce the problem?
Visit the site as a registered user and tick remember me, then close the browser and visit my site again. First attempt it will load a blank white screen, tell it to visit my site again and it will work.

4. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A blank white screen is all that's shown.

5. You must include a printout of the login checker in the JFusion component.

Actually on my Brother's PC he enters his login details, then ticks remember me and hits Log In. It gives an error 'Your session time has expired. Please log in again'. So he does it again and it logs in. He closes the browser, visits the site and it's not remembering his details and loads up the page. He goes to log in again, ticks remember me. It logs him in, but when he closes the browser it doesn't remember him. Yet it remembers me on my machine.

So now here's my error message...

I just disabled the shoutbox to see if any other errors appear...

you should consider changing limit to 32

I ran phpinfo.php and it's saying this...

Configuration File (php.ini) Path /etc
Loaded Configuration File /etc/php.ini
Scan this dir for additional .ini files /etc/php.d

Yet I don't have /etc directory so I can't find the php.ini file

If you were to backup a website, would FileZilla be OK to use to download all of the files via FTP?

Every time I leave my FileZilla to backup files, it finishes with totally different amounts of files. It can be 7000 files up to 17000 files successfully downloaded, without any failed in the tabs at the bottom of FileZilla.
